To use The-West - Menu you need the latest version of the browser Opera, that you can download on the program page.
Now click on Extras → Settings (upper bar), go to Extended and click on the button JavaScript-Options.... Now yo can choose a folder for your JavaScript file.
If you meet this requirement right click the following button:
Download
Now you have to choose Save target... and choose the folder you just created to save the file in.
